The children who didn’t go to Kench Hill had a wonderful week at school. Their highlight was when they took to the water to help clean up the River Lea. In canoes, the children searched the banks of the River Lea for litter. They were brilliant at removing any litter to help clean up the river. They learnt about the impacts of litter on the wildlife living on and near the River Lea and other local green spaces.
