In maths this week, we have been learning about division, focusing on remainders. We know a remainder is used when the dividend cannot be equally divided. Through investigations we learnt if the dividend is a multiple of the divisor, there is no remainder. If the dividend is not a multiple of the divisor, there is a remainder.
