Year 2 began their World of Work week by learning about the roles of emergency services in our community. The children learnt about several jobs that have an important place within our local communities and involve services to the public: emergency services, health jobs, fixing jobs and fitness jobs. They thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Homerton Fire Station where they toured the station, and looked at their uniforms and the equipment.
