This week in maths, Reception have been working hard to strengthen their counting and comparison skills. Through a range of fun activities, the children practised counting objects, matching numbers, and comparing quantities to see which groups had “more” or “fewer.”
These hands-on exercises help build a strong foundation in early maths and foster the children’s confidence in working with numbers. It’s been fantastic to see them so engaged, carefully counting each item and proudly sharing their results with their friends.
