This week, Reception children have been developing their vocabulary through different activities. In maths, they have been counting and comparing amounts using mathematical language such as ‘more’ and ‘fewer’. They have compared two sets of amounts saying which ‘has more than’ the other.
The children in reception have also been sorting leaves using vocabulary that we have been learning linked to seasons and how the environment is changing.
