Year 1 have started their new writing journey based on the text ‘The Bog Baby’. They read the story as a class, and created a story map of the key plot points. They then had the opportunity to apply the writing skills using a picture prompt from the story. In their writing they are continuing to focus on using capital letters, full stops and spaces.
