In science, year 2 have been learning about animals, including humans. This week they learnt about the basic needs for animal survival and represented this on labelled drawings of an island which included all of these things.
They also continued developing their photography skills and have been learning how to improve their photographs. They have been referring to their five criteria of how to take a good photo. In small groups, they planned their photography, took a photo, evaluated it and they identified how they could make it even better.
