Year 2 have taken inspiration from their learning about the Great Fire of London for their writing. They have been re-immersed in the events of the Great Fire of London in preparation for their second diary entries in writing. They discussed what happened in the last two days of fire and then took part in a hot seating activity in which we asked questions to “survivors”. The children were able to recall key facts and information from their history learning.
