Lots of children have been out and about on trips this week: the Reading Champions to the Town Hall, Year 4 to the Science Museum, Year 5 to Hackney Museum and Year 6 to the Junior Citizenship Scheme and the Ben Kinsella Trust. It has been lovely speaking to the children about these visits and hearing their enthusiasm for the many different things that they have seen and learned about.
Our value this week is integrity. We have been thinking about the importance of being honest, trustworthy and doing the right thing even when we know no-one is looking! In assembly, we shared the book, Try by Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield, which helped us understand that integrity is an important quality in our friends and our heroes.
We hope that you all have a lovely weekend.
Jo and Rachel
