Thank you to all parents and carers who took the time to share their views. Your feedback helps us improve every aspect of school life. Here’s what you’ve told usโand what weโre doing in response:
You Said:
Children need to feel safe and settled before they can learnโespecially new pupils. Bullying isnโt always dealt with effectively, and some children feel they arenโt heard.

Our Sustainability Squad have been busy with Ms Irene this week. They have delivered new switch off lights posters and bin labels to each classroom. They explained to the children what dry recycling is and where to throw different waste.
They have also been busy preparing an assembly for next week, to mark clean air day. Our no idling banner has gone up, to remind all to switch off engines!
As you may know weโve had a few cases of headlice reported in school recently. While headlice are a common issue, we know they can be frustrating for families.
Our school nurse has shared this website – Bug Busters – as a source of useful information on how to tackle headlice and nits, including a video on effective wet-combing.
This week, we want to celebrate 4S who have 100% attendance. A HUGE congratulations and keep up the excellent work, it has a great impact on learning and progress. You can help your childโs class win the weekly fruit platter by making sure they are at school everyday.
Our next group of 100% attendance winners were very happy to receive their prizes today.
